Pre-Order Policy

Some Outrig Supply Co products are released as limited pre-orders.

Pre-ordering allows customers to secure items before they arrive in stock or before a production run is complete.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated dispatch or delivery dates will be shown on the product page where possible.

These dates are estimates only and may be affected by:

• Supplier lead times
• Printing or embroidery production
• Freight delays
• Stock shortages
• Customs or courier delays
• Peak seasonal demand

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering to secure your item.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled before production begins where possible.

Once an item has entered production, been custom ordered, printed, embroidered, or allocated to your order, cancellation may not be available unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

If there are major delays or changes to a pre-order, we will update customers using the contact details provided at checkout.
