Shipping Policy
At Outrig Supply Co, we aim to get your gear packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
We are a small Australian brand built for crane, mining, shutdown, and worksite crews, so some products may be shipped directly from stock, while others may be produced in small runs, pre-orders, or limited releases.
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 2β5 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
During launch periods, pre-order releases, supplier delays, or high-demand drops, processing times may vary. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or bundled shipping offers.
Pre-Order Shipping
Some Outrig Supply Co products may be listed as pre-order items.
Pre-order items are not held in ready-to-ship stock and will be dispatched once production is complete and stock arrives.
Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page where possible. These dates are estimates and may change due to supplier, production, printing, embroidery, freight, or customs delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless we arrange otherwise.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are largely controlled by the courier or postal provider.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
